Jan 6, Mindfulness and Emotional Regulation Workshop presented by Enumclaw Elementary School Counselors Derek Tulluck and Rebecca Bowen. See flier below for specifics. Jan 17, Habits for Happiness Book Group will discuss the book Wherever You Go, There You Are by Jon Kabat-Zinn. See flier below for specifics. I guess attending seminars like this would be useful. There were times that I keep on fining my purpose in life. I do not even care about my environment, it just totally feels so plain. Being empty is in fact a harder thing than being sad. I know that we cannot be happy every time, life is so unfair. We have to make things straight and focus on what we really want and on to what we are going to grow.
